Video sent in by a tipster purportedly shows Calumet City Clerk Nyota Figgs involved in destruction of city records. The video shows Figgs holding a pair of pink scissors as she climbs towards the security camera. The video then abruptly stops after Figgs is seen reaching her arms towards it with the scissors in the action position. Clearly, Nyota Figgs disabled the security camera, damaging property in the process.
