MIDLOTHIAN, IL — Police are investigating after a man was shot multiple times while inside a Midlothian bar Monday late Monday night.
On May 18, approximately 11:18 p.m., Midlothian police were dispatched to the 14600 block of Waverly Avenue for a gunshot victim. Police at the scene found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
Officers learned the victim was shot while he was inside of Half-Time Lounge, located at 14640 S. Waverly Ave. Police said the two suspects fled the area in a vehicle. A description of the vehicle was not provided.
Midlothian detectives are actively investigating the incident.
